This guide may not be accessible when you need it. Please print it out if you cannot remember what to do.
For cabled connections to Linksys nodes, find the first applicable problem:| Problem | Solution |

| I cannot see http://192.168.10.x (where x is your number on the mesh). | There is a problem with your computer or its connection to the Linksys box. Please check that everything is turned on and connected correctly. If you still cannot see the website, please arrange your own technical help. |
| I cannot see http://192.168.3.4 on the mesh. | Your Linksys box cannot find a link to the Internet gateway. Please make sure that your box is well positioned to signal. If you still cannot see the website, please call 084 426 9771. |
| I cannot see any Internet websites. | If you can see sites in 10.x and 3.4 but cannot see the Internet, then the Internet link is down for everyone and should come up soon again. |
| I cannot send email from my mail program. | Set the mail client's smtp server to 192.168.3.4 and enable SSL/TLS (encryption). |

| I cannot see a valid wireless connection in the system tray. | There is a problem with your wireless connection. Please check that it is enabled. If you still cannot see the wireless icon in your system tray, please arrange your own technical help. |
| I cannot see a 192.168.10.x IP address in the 'support' tab of the wireless connection status window. | Your machine must have a manually assigned IP address. Please request a valid IP address here and assign it to your wireless connection. |
| I cannot see the OLSR switch in the system tray. | You are not running the OLSR software, which will allow your machine to find the Internet gateway. Please make sure that you have OLSR software installed and running. |
| I cannot see any nodes in the 'nodes' tab of the OLSR window. | OLSR is often blocked by firewalls and antivirus software. Please disable this briefly to check whether this is the case. |
| I cannot see http://192.168.3.4 on the mesh. | Your Linksys box cannot find a link to the Internet gateway. Please make sure that your box is well positioned to signal. If you still cannot see the website, please email through other access for help. |
| I cannot see any Internet websites. | If you can see sites in 10.x and 3.4 but cannot see the Internet, then the Internet link is down for everyone and should come up soon again. |
